Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team at the Mobile, AL facility. This is a critical role that requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect and fuel Lift and Clamp Trucks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Supply Chain Management: Validate Bill of Materials for incoming and outgoing shipments, load and unload Trailers, Containers, and Rail Cars, and warehouse incoming goods.
  • Production Support: Stage Production Materials, transfer Finished Goods from the Production area to the Staging area, scan Finished Goods into Warehouse locations, and stage outgoing Shipments.
  • Waste Management: Transfer Baled Waste from the Baler to the Warehouse and maintain Warehouse order.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Ability to work second or third shifts.
  • Stable work history (2 years of manufacturing experience preferred).
  • Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
