Physical Therapist II

Cone Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist II to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with complex conditions, utilizing your expertise to develop personalized treatment plans and implement effective therapeutic interventions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations to inform treatment decisions.
- Administer a range of physical therapy interventions, including exercises and modalities, to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management techniques to promote optimal recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement discharge plans and recommendations for continued care.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, treatment outcomes, and responses to interventions to inform treatment adjustments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physical therapy.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
- 3 years of experience in physical therapy, with a focus on advanced practice
- North Carolina licensure by the NCPT Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider certification
