About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through effective channel operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic portfolio management to optimize profitability and ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Manage P&L for channel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Drive results by setting and achieving ambitious financial targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and improve financial performance.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or advanced finance degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in channel operations, strategic portfolio management, P&L management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving results and meeting financial targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
