Behavior Intervention Specialist Job Summary

Centria Autism is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. In this role, you will work closely with children who have autism, implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans to promote communication, social, and daily living skills.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions, with a demonstrated ability to apply these concepts in a real-world setting. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and interventions
  • Ability to apply evidence-based techniques in a real-world setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Salary Range: $16-$23 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.
