Phlebotomist Opportunity at Bon Secours Mercy Health

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of blood samples collected from patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Enter orders and results, and perform clerical duties as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth operation of the department
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Phlebotomist certification preferred but not required
  • One year of phlebotomy experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
