Healthcare Professional for Patient Care Coordination

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for coordinating and maintaining the clerical functions and duties of a designated unit/program while providing direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a RN or LPN, including assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing for personal care and comfort.
- Utilize customer service skills when greeting patients/visitors and answering telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate ability to complete worklist tasks triggered by physician orders or nurse-generated tasks under the direct supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
- Certified in the state where work is being performed as Certified Nurse Assistant (if applicable).
- High school Diploma/GED required.
- Ability to perform vital signs and demonstrate knowledge of body mechanics.
- General computer skills and applications.
- Customer service experience preferred.
