Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for coordinating and maintaining the clerical functions and duties of a designated unit/program while providing direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a RN or LPN, including assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing for personal care and comfort.
  • Utilize customer service skills when greeting patients/visitors and answering telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate ability to complete worklist tasks triggered by physician orders or nurse-generated tasks under the direct supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
Requirements
  • Certified in the state where work is being performed as Certified Nurse Assistant (if applicable).
  • High school Diploma/GED required.
  • Ability to perform vital signs and demonstrate knowledge of body mechanics.
  • General computer skills and applications.
  • Customer service experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Our salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
