About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join JAG Physical Therapy, a leading outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company, as an Occupational Therapist. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work closely with our patients, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, devising creative and effective treatment plans, and implementing those plans to aid patients in healing, recovering, and improving their functional independence. You will also be expected to utilize your knowledge of hand therapy, including screens, evaluations, treatments, and orthosis fabrication, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Requirements:
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, a valid license to practice, and experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) software. Strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent communication, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
