Agricultural Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Service Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our service department and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service contracts for contractors with ongoing equipment rentals or purchase needs
  • Train and develop service staff using best practices in customer satisfaction and brand promotion
  • Manage and prioritize service work, including scheduling and assigning tasks to employees
  • Oversee the management of work orders, invoices, and warranty claims
  • Ensure the service department is equipped with necessary tools and service equipment is maintained in good working order
  • Recommend and implement improvements to service processes and procedures
  • Coordinate dealership training programs and service-related customer clinics
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure achievement of departmental goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a service manager position or as a service technician/mechanic
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
