Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goal of increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: You will be responsible for communicating and interacting directly with clients and customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Marketing Campaigns: You will conceptualize and lead promotional sales campaigns, working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: You will identify specific target markets to help promote our clients' products and services to.
  • Team Collaboration: You will coordinate and present territory research to the rest of the Marketing Team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
  • Leadership Development: You will develop and showcase leadership skills throughout your tenure as a Marketing Assistant.
  • Brand Awareness: You will build brand awareness and recognition through the implementation of individualized marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: You will support every angle of marketing with a customer-first approach to drive growth and brand loyalty.
  • Results-Oriented: You will deliver results to our clientele daily and meet all objectives and goals.
  • Project Support: You will assist our Senior Marketing Manager with any other designated projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree or 4-year degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in customer service or a customer-centric industry is required.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated, team-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, versatile and dependable, friendly, positive, and upbeat personality.

Travel Requirements: This position requires daily travel to our office and events.
