RN New Grad Resident Program

At the University of Arkansas, we are committed to providing a supportive environment for new graduate nurses to develop their skills and advance their careers. The RN New Grad Resident Program is designed to provide a comprehensive and structured approach to transitioning new graduate nurses into the workforce.
The program includes a combination of didactic and clinical training, as well as mentorship and support from experienced nurses. Participants will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including acute care, critical care, and specialty areas.
The program is open to new graduate nurses who have completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and are eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas. Participants will be required to complete a minimum of 12 months of employment with the University of Arkansas in order to be considered for the program.
