We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team at Turner Construction. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the work of our construction teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors and vendors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project schedules and timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure that they are within budget.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Foreman or in a similar role.
- Active OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to pursue certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
- Ability to develop and implement project schedules and timelines.
- Ability to monitor and control project costs.
- Ability to ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Experience working with construction management software.
- Experience with quality control processes.
- Experience with project scheduling and timelines.
- Experience with budgeting and cost control.
