Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Southwest Traders, Inc.

Job Description

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's computing infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, services, and networks.

  • Manage multiple servers, workstations, and terminals to ensure proper integration with existing system architecture.
  • Implement and maintain network security, ensuring user accessibility and overseeing security procedures.
  • Maintain and support Active Directory servers and services, adding, removing, and editing users, creating access rights, and setting up security configurations.
  • Respond to end-user technical issues, determining root causes, correcting them, and implementing improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Three to five years of experience in network management, computer systems, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, routing, NAT, and load balancing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
  • A proven track record of organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
