">Job Summary
">We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill this leadership role, responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of nursing operations within our Short Stay Surgical unit. Your primary focus will be on facilitating effective patient access, communication, and transitions throughout their acute care stay.
">Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Administrative Nursing Supervisors, Nurse Managers, and Assistant Vice Presidents to develop, implement, and evaluate policies and programs that align with the hospital's mission and departmental vision.">
- Mentor professional caregivers to deliver exceptional patient care and provide guidance on operational duties, financial management, and administrative tasks.">
- Ensure competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers, including referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients in various settings.">
- Support the development and implementation of short- and long-term goals and objectives, working closely with other service and department leaders.">
- Oversee off-shift and weekend coverage positions within the post surgical division.">
Requirements and Qualifications

Benefits and Compensation
">This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
