Job Overview

ZOLL LifeVest is seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to train patients on the use of the LifeVest wearable defibrillator.

This is a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals to supplement their income while making a difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage equipment and garment inventory
  • Contact caregivers and family to schedule fittings
  • Conduct evening and weekend activities as needed
  • Travel to patients' homes for fittings or follow-up visits
  • Program equipment according to prescribing physician's orders
  • Measure patients and determine correct garment size
  • Train patients and caregivers on LifeVest use
  • Have patients sign a Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist
  • Fax signed documents to ZOLL within 24 hours
Requirements
  • 1 year of patient care experience
  • Patient experience must be professional (not family caregiver)
  • Patient experience must be documented on resume
  • Disclose personal NPI number (if applicable)
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Willing to pay for additional training and vendor credentials
