We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Spokane, Washington. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a positive impact on the lives of patients and families.

Job Summary

This registered nurse position is available on a 36-hour per week basis, with a 12-hour shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience as a Critical Care Registered Nurse and possess excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in nursing practice. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, conferences, and committees to promote quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of medication administration, treatments, and vital signs.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
  • One to three years of experience as a Critical Care Registered Nurse, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) plan, and aggressive refer-a-friend bonus program.
