At Kansas Crossing Casino LC, we're seeking a skilled Bartender-Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bartender-Mixologist to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and other beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Upsell and promote drink specials and menu items.
  • Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 21 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior bartending experience preferred.
  • The ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, government regulations, business periodicals, instructions, and correspondence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
