Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Crisis and Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Segula Technologies. As a key member of our Supply Network Resiliency group, you will drive performance improvement initiatives for our supply base, focusing on quality, capacity, and manufacturing engineering. Your expertise in supplier development, crisis management, and problem-solving will be instrumental in addressing low-performing suppliers and ensuring the reliability of our supply chain.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Crisis and Risk Management Specialist, you will work closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to analyze capacity, investment requests, and other critical factors affecting our supply chain. Your ability to assess supplier weaknesses, provide solutions, and develop problem-solving techniques will be crucial in preventing crises and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze supplier capacity and investment requests to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Assess supplier weaknesses and develop targeted interventions to address them
  • Monitor high-risk supplier development issues to prevent supply chain disruptions
  • Develop and implement supplier problem-solving techniques to address identified fault issues
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, encouraging open communication and collaboration
Qualifications and Skills
  • University degree in engineering, business management, or supply chain management
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, quality, and manufacturing engineering
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing supply chain improvement initiatives
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools
