Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at AMR. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Southern California region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with schools and feeder organizations to generate applicants.
  • Travel to schools and industry-related job fairs to recruit top talent.
  • Negotiate discounts with national recruitment agencies and disseminate discount information to Regional Director or Recruiting Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with affirmative action reporting and maintain accurate interview notes.
  • Advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing.
  • Cold calling and strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • BA in human resources or equivalent HR generalist work (preferred).
  • Current EMT or Paramedic experience (preferred).
  • Social Media/Marketing experience (preferred).
  • Possess a valid State Driver's License.
  • Driving Record in compliance with AMR Safety and Driving policy.
  • Two-year experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices (preferred).
  • Microsoft Office: MS Teams, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook.
  • Social Media advertising knowledge: Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, Google.
  • Applicant Tracking System: iCIMS (preferred).
