- Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively to ensure a seamless transition between home and school.
- Utilize technology to track children's progress and document milestones.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood coursework or CDA preferred.
- At least 18 years of age with a valid background check.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
