About the Role

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Responsibilities

1. 
   
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.
   
3. Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
   
4. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
   
5. Develop and implement training programs to educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
   
6. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
   
7. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
   
8. Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, and eliminating waste.
   
9. Assist members with purchasing decisions, identifying their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
   
10. Model high-quality service and products, serving as a brand advocate and ambassador for Sam's Club.
    
11. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
    
12. Complete work assignments and priorities, using policies, data, and resources, and communicating progress and information.
    

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
  
• Have 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
  
• Acknowledge that the position requires successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
  

Preferred Qualifications

Cake decorating experience is highly preferred.
