Executive Private Equity Deal Maker

DLA Piper is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Private Equity Associate to join its Private Equity Group in the Austin office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, and general corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Please note that the following requirements are essential for success in this role:
- Minimum 3 years of private equity experience
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills

Expected Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $310,000 - $420,000 depending on the candidate's geographic market location. Compensation will also be dependent on other factors such as experience, skills, educational background, and overall qualifications.
