Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welding Quality Inspector to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our welding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and record supply performance.
  • Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods, measuring dimensions, testing functionality, and comparing to specifications.
  • Maintain records of inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Inspect the entire production cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor the use of gages and testing equipment to ensure safety and proper maintenance.
  • Prepare QC reports and recommend improvements to production and quality processes.
  • Teach the production team about quality control concepts to improve product quality.
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Initiate and process Non-Conforming Material Reports.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of quality experience.
  • Experience with welding required.
