About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Clinic in Lemont, Pennsylvania.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced therapists, collaborating with Sports Medicine Orthopedic and non-operative Primary Care Providers in a high-paced outpatient setting.

As a Physical Therapist at Penn State Health, you will have the chance to work with diverse patient populations, including pre-operative, non-operative, and post-operative patients with peripheral joint injuries, acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, and spine dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with various orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.
  • Must hold a PA license (or eligibility) in physical therapy.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Penn State Health offers an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, personal time, and paid parental leave.
