Job Overview

Huckberry is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who excels in delivering exceptional support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat. The ideal candidate will possess empathy, emotional intelligence, and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers. A passion for Huckberry products and gear is highly desirable.

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both onsite and remote work flexibility.

This is a seasonal position with occasional weekend and evening availability required.

Working hours will be from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM CT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to inquiries related to Huckberry's products, marketing, and editorial content through various communication platforms.
  • Taking ownership of the customer experience and striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Proactively identifying solutions to challenges and suggesting enhancements.
  • Collaborating with brand partners on behalf of Huckberry customers to facilitate effective resolutions.
  • Maintaining a reliable home internet connection.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Must be located and authorized to work in Texas.
  • A strong affinity for engaging with people and building rapport.
  • Ability to empathize with customers, demonstrating genuine care for their concerns.
  • Capable of making decisions and solving problems in the absence of explicit guidelines.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex issues for better understanding.
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • A curious mindset with a desire to explore new products, brands, and systems thoroughly.
  • Must have a reliable home internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
  • Experience with ZenDesk and Slack is a plus.
