About the Role

As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's daily operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Preparing and distributing meeting materials, reports, and other documents.
  • Providing administrative support to senior staff members.

What You'll Need:

  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
