Job Summary

Demonstrate expertise in nursing practice for the assigned specialty area and provide clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager, lead safety and quality initiatives, simplify workflow, and contribute to staff development. Increase staff satisfaction and promote excellent customer service.
