Finance Leader

As a Finance Leader in our client's manufacturing operations, you will play a key role in driving financial growth and success. With a focus on accounting processes, you will oversee the team through month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting to the Controller and CFO.

Our client is a privately held manufacturer looking for a skilled Finance professional to join their team. As a Finance Leader, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all accounting operational functions, assessing current accounting operations, and implementing effective internal controls.

You will have ownership of the financial reporting process, working closely with the Controller and CFO to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving accounting processes and procedures.

A strong background in accounting and finance is essential, with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. You will be expected to coordinate and support the activities of outside CPA firms, manage day-to-day A/R and A/P functions, and participate in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
