This is a full-time night shift position in the Critical Care Unit / PODS department at Ascension Saint Thomas West hospital in Nashville, TN.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma from an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee.

The nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
The nurse will also be responsible for assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
