Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
  • Operate the dishwasher and washing machine to clean all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are cleaned and returned to their appropriate location.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and dining areas as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • A valid food handlers card.
