Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Neuropsychology Professional to join our team at Allina Health. This role involves completing assessments for individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury to provide a baseline status, make treatment/discharge/school and community recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuropsychology and be able to maintain positive working relationships with clients, staff, teams, physicians, referral sources, and payers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments
    • Utilize state-of-the-art assessments with proven reliability and validity.
    • Prioritize timely completion of reports within 1-2 weeks after testing is completed.
    • Maintain confidentiality and share results with authorized individuals.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest assessments and industry standards.
  • Foster Positive Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, staff, teams, physicians, referral sources, and payers.
    • Create a welcoming and safe environment for clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Educational Background
    • Doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program.
    • Completion of an internship with experience in neuropsychology.
    • Postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology.
  • Licensure and Certification
    • Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire.
    • ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource certification required within 180 days.
    • Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology or Pediatric Neuropsychology, or ABPP board eligible with attainment of certification within five years of hire date.
