Neuropsychologist - Lifespan or Peds Focused

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Neuropsychology Professional to join our team at Allina Health. This role involves completing assessments for individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury to provide a baseline status, make treatment/discharge/school and community recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuropsychology and be able to maintain positive working relationships with clients, staff, teams, physicians, referral sources, and payers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments
- Utilize state-of-the-art assessments with proven reliability and validity.
- Prioritize timely completion of reports within 1-2 weeks after testing is completed.
- Maintain confidentiality and share results with authorized individuals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest assessments and industry standards.
- Foster Positive Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, staff, teams, physicians, referral sources, and payers.
- Create a welcoming and safe environment for clients and colleagues.
- Educational Background
- Doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program.
- Completion of an internship with experience in neuropsychology.
- Postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology.
- Licensure and Certification
- Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire.
- ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource certification required within 180 days.
- Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology or Pediatric Neuropsychology, or ABPP board eligible with attainment of certification within five years of hire date.
