We are seeking a skilled Robot Technician to join our team at VOLT Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our autonomous robots, ensuring they are in top working condition and ready to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for robotics and innovative technologies, with previous experience in managing a large fleet of devices. You will be responsible for maintaining the health of our robots through daily repairs and troubleshooting, as well as carrying out maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and chargers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the health of our robots through daily repairs and troubleshooting
  • Carry out maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and chargers
  • Provide technical support for our autonomous robots
  • Work with a cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team

Requirements:

  • Passion for robotics and innovative technologies
  • Previous experience in managing a large fleet of devices
  • Knowledge of Unix, SSH/Linux systems, CLI tools, and scripting
  • Previous experience in Technical Support and with any service desk application
  • Good knowledge regarding mechanics, electronics, and IT
  • Experience with electronics assembly (small parts, wiring, circuit boards, voltage, etc.)
  • Experience with troubleshooting/problem-solving for malfunctions and errors
  • Proven work experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Excellent client-facing skills and active listening skills
  • Ability to travel (up to 20% of the time)
