Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Drucker + Falk, LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, including offices, models, clubhouse, lobbies, laundry room, common areas, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy by cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
  • Responsible for the daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and elevators.
  • Clean and polish lighting fixtures, solid surfaces, and trim, and report any defects or deficiencies to the Property Manager.
  • Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
  • Perform other duties or job functions that can be performed safely as required or deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to talk and/or hear, and frequently lift.
  • Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
