Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Assist the store leader in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Monitor the competitive environment and inform the store leader of necessary adjustments
  • Provide product feedback and participate in interviewing store personnel
  • E nsure compliance with inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies
  • Responsible for resolving operational customer concerns in the absence of the store leader
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Ability to establish goals and drive performance of self and others
  • Ability to understand and apply management principles concerning budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses
