We are seeking a highly qualified ELA & Social Studies Teacher to join our team at Amergis. As a Temp to Perm position, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher, as well as a Teacher license/certification. One year of experience as a school teacher is preferred, but not required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the daily instructional plans of the classroom teacher, maintaining a classroom climate conducive to learning, and guiding the learning process toward the achievement of the school curriculum and goals.
Additional responsibilities include creating and implementing response to Intervention programs as needed, taking all necessary precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities, and maintaining records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulations.
