As a key member of the tax proposal ops team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining proposal templates, providing guidance on proposal strategy, and engaging in strategic proposals for service line and practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the tax proposal ops team leader and service line/practice leadership to create and maintain proposal templates.
  • Provide guidance on service line/practice-specific resources available for the pursuit process and direction on proposal strategy, writing, design, and orals coaching support.
  • Engage in strategic proposals for service line and practice and drive the execution of the pursuit process.
  • Lead initial discussion with team on value proposition to be covered in proposal documents and at oral presentations, including key win themes and differentiators.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling executive summaries and other sections to persuade potential clients to choose KPMG.
  • Attend proposal team calls and pursuit debrief calls, assist with drafting orals map, and provide feedback on orals collateral.


Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of recent proposal management, knowledge management, and/or marketing/writing/communications experience, with some supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, English, journalism, or relevant field.
  • Professional services experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Some travel will be involved to attend internal meetings and trainings.
