About the Role:

This is a full-time regular position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The estimated annual salary for this role is $73,200 based on industry standards and market conditions in the Greenbrier Valley area.

Job Description:

As a Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of clinical expertise within our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Patient Care: Demonstrating a high level of proficiency in the nursing process and managing complex patients with minimal assistance.
• Clinical Expertise: Identifying personal learning needs and independently performing advanced skills, while assisting others to develop their skills using the teaching/learning process.
• Professional Relationships: Initiating and effectively demonstrating behaviors that result in positive patient outcomes through group process and identifying opportunities for improvement based on quality improvement outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (or higher) and have a minimum of one year of RN experience. You should also hold current Basic Life Support certification and be willing to obtain any additional certifications as required by the department or institution.
