This role involves assisting registered nurses and doctors during patient visits and appointments, escorting patients to diagnostic procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.

Requirements:

Certification as a Nursing Assistant by the State of CaliforniaCompletion of the Nursing Attendant Certification Training Program from the Los Angeles County College of Nursing and Allied HealthCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification

Desirable Qualifications:

Volunteer or paid experience in an acute care hospital or long-term care facilityExperience working in a healthcare office answering a high volume of calls
