Job Description

We're seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals who are eager to excel in sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Utilize effective communication techniques to engage, build rapport, inform, persuade, and entertain customers, driving sales and achieving sales objectives.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products and services, practicing selling strategies and achieving performance objectives set by our leadership team.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, cultivating loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems.
  • The ability to act as a self-starter, motivated to succeed and reach performance objectives.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • A flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet our customers' needs.
