We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and continuing education opportunities.
Job DescriptionThe Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Physical Therapist works to determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress.
Evaluating the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting the physician in developing the therapy plan of care, observing and reporting the patient's response to treatment, and treating patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
Instructing and informing participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
Requirements- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation
