Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to support technical analyses, assessments, and recommendations for ICAM policy implementation. In this key role, you will provide high-quality technical support with detailed analyses and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations of existing ICAM technical approaches to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and establish ICAM program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Conduct risk management assessments of critical assets and develop strategies for protection to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Provide support in developing business cases, resource planning, budget justifications, and other documents in support of Identity Management programs.
  • Develop white papers, reports, and other communications to articulate access control rules and issues.
  • Develop and operationalize program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms in support of Identity Management Programs.
  • Review adherence to PKI policy to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly in the preparation of background papers, research, and engineering assessments, and policy issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5 years of related, relevant experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Top Secret/SCI clearance required at date of hire.
  • Experience writing and presenting technical analyses and assessments.
  • Understanding of attribute-based access control.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce written deliverables of quality sufficient to support senior decision making and in a timely manner.
  • Experience working with/on OSD, Joint Staff, or Service level staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of various technologies.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
