Flexible RN Position at Mercy

Are you seeking a flexible incentivized Registered Nurse position? We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy. As a Registered Nurse in our Per Diem/Flex RN Position, you will have the flexibility to pick up day shift or night shift, whichever works best for you. No weekend, holiday, or shift requirement. Participation in the Gig Nursing Program requires being responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being available on short notice, being flexible and subject to last minute shift cancellation. The Gig Nursing Program does not offer guaranteed shift hours and will be the first for cancellation.

Locations Available:
Fort Smith Medical Surgical and ICU only
Community Hospitals: Waldron, Paris, Ozark, Booneville, Berryville

Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg.
For all other specialties (ED, Critical Care, Women & Children's, Behavioral Health, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience.

Required Education:
Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
Preferred Education:
BSN

Certifications:
BLS through the American Heart Association is required

Licensure:
Is responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current compact RN license
