Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of high-performance suspension systems for motorsports applications.
  • Collaborate with our talented team of engineers, technicians, and production staff to implement new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
  • Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching and implementing new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to both customers and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in component and mechanical system design & development, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CREO) and showcase knowledge of CNC machining processes and material science.
  • Excel in communication and collaboration, thriving in a team environment where your contributions are valued and acknowledged.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a creative and innovative mindset.
