Nursing Clinical Specialist for Transplant Program Development

About the Role:
Temple University Health System is seeking a skilled and experienced Nursing Clinical Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time 40 hour per week day shift position.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating clinical practices of nursing staff, working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager to identify educational needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing in conducting clinical practice assessments
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager to identify and address educational needs
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of $83,650 per year, based on industry standards and taking into account the level of experience required for this role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
