Salary
The estimated salary for this position is between $404,211 and $529,975, with potential premium earnings of $7,608. This competitive compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent in the medical field.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist Adult to join our team at SCPMG Downey. As a member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination, and contributing to a culture of safety and teamwork. Our Downey medical center is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a high level of tertiary care, including one of the region's largest NICUs, and an OB and anesthesia staff comprised of full physicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Board Certified or Board Eligible psychiatrist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be familiar with electronic medical records and have experience working in a medical group setting.
