We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations at InsureOne Insurance Services America LLC.

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and distributing emails across multiple departments to ensure timely communication
- Processing updates and changes to existing customer policies accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing and verifying policy signatures for compliance and completeness
- Sorting, scanning, and distributing incoming mail and deliveries to relevant departments
- Addressing customer complaints by identifying solutions and offering suitable alternatives for resolution
We are looking for a motivated individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. While prior experience in the insurance industry or agency setting is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidate. Key attributes include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective telephone etiquette
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
Preferred attributes include a bachelor's degree and a Property & Casualty license.
