Job Description

Come and be part of our growing team at Xplor, where we believe in empowering businesses to succeed. As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients and drive business growth
  • Manage pipeline and day-to-day tasks using Salesforce
  • Presentation and proposal development using Clearent by Xplor's electronic applications
  • Educate merchants and business owners on payment processing industry
  • Regular communication with sales leadership
  • Closing sales of payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exemplary hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and high sense of urgency
  • Able to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
