**About Us**
Oasis Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is a network of over 1200 clinics from coast to coast, with 26 brand partners leading the outpatient physical therapy field. **The Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who excels at providing evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs. You should be able to connect with patients and clinical team members, deliver high-quality care, and thrive in a positive, respectful, and fair work environment. You should also be eager to continually learn through professional growth opportunities and value accountability, adaptability, balance, compassion, excellence, inclusion, investment, servanthood, teamwork, and trust.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you should have a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and current or pending state licensure.
