Software Developer in Test

Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) is seeking a talented Software Developer in Test to join our team in support of a large Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) nationwide program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement test automation strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Develop and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies, including Selenium and Jenkins.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to manage and improve the development pipeline.
- Perform and write automated functional, system, regression, and integration testing.
- Work closely with the team to identify and prioritize testing needs and develop effective test plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
- 8+ years of experience in automated software development and testing.
- Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python development.
- Experience with EDI and financial transaction systems is a plus.
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
