Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description:

retailcloud is an omnichannel commerce platform that provides sports and entertainment merchants with a robust set of tools to manage their orders, inventory, customers, and other related tasks. We are the proud partner of over 30 professional sports teams and work closely to utilize our 30+ homegrown applications and range of out-of-the-box integrations to build a tailored solution to meet the customers' needs.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to work with large and complex datasets and turn them into clear insights and visualizations. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a prior data analytics role and be able to create and improve our analytics dashboards to support our retailers' operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with large and complex datasets to extract insights and visualizations.
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards to support retailers' operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Communicate findings to decision-makers through clear and concise reports and presentations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:

Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 with PTO and full medical benefits.
