Job Overview:

The State of Kansas is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide exceptional customer service and support through front counter help desk and call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with Driver License, Driver Solutions, and Medical Vision programs
  • Act as subject matter experts for KanLicense, performing driver-related activities in accordance with Kansas Statutes and Kansas Department of Revenue Policy
  • Primary contact center for system process questions regarding KanLicense

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of experience in interviewing, investigating, or providing technical assistance to clients, customers, or the public, and two years of experience or education in auditing or accounting support work
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills, good attention to details, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications
